We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for refund or exchange.
Within 20 days of original purchase:
Costalots by M. Costa gladly accepts returns of unworn or defective merchandise for full refund. Refunds must be accompanied by the original receipt and items in their original packaging with tags intact. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. If the original receipt is unavailable, we’ll make an exchange or issue a merchandise credit based on the current selling price.
After 20 days of original purchase:
Costalots by M. Costa will gladly make an exchange or issue a merchandise credit for the price at the time of sale (with original receipt) or for the current selling price (without original receipt).
To make a return:
If you do have a concern with damage or were shipped the wrong item, you must email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the specific items and reasons for requesting the return. We will then issue you a return authorization. Once you receive the return authorization from us, goods must be packed and securely sealed in their original packaging.
